This Friday (Feb 18th) The Minni-Thins will be on City
Nights.
Q: What is City Nights?
A: City Nights is a weekly live, half-hour cable TV
show that features the Tri-State's premiere original
music artists. The show is cablecast on CPC 21
(Insight Cable) throughout Northern Kentucky, every
Friday at 8:30pm.
Q: Wow, that's peachy [or whatever word you use to
describe things that are "cool"]. Can I be in the
audience for this momentous occasion?
A: Of course. All visitors are welcome to join the
studio audience, admission is free! The studio is not
very large, but we enjoy having a live studio
audience, so feel free to bring a few friends. The
studio can hold an audience of about 20 people
comfortably. The live show starts at 8:30pm sharp, so
please be in the studio by 8:15 p.m.
Q: I'm overjoyed. But I don't know how to get to the
studio. How do I get there, damnit?
A: Calm down. Here are directions. From either east or
west I-275, exit at Route 16 - Covington, go north.
Go 3 miles, proceeding straight through the 5-way
intersection (Rittes Corner). 1/4 mile past railroad
tracks, turn right on Daniels. Parking lot is in
front of building on Daniels. The building is marked
"Workshops of the Restoration."
Q: Darin, you're being overzealous. I'm interested in
the show, but I'd rather watch at home so I don't have
to put on pants or take a break from drinking Pabst
Blue Ribbon. When will this show be airing on my
"magic moving picture box," I mean TV?
A: City Nights airs live in Northern Kentucky, on
Insight Cable, every Friday night at 8:30 p.m. and
replays in Kenton and Boone Counties the following
Monday night at 11 p.m. That episode is then replayed
the following Thursday at 11:30 p.m. on Metro 24 on
Time Warner Cable to most areas in Greater Cincinnati,
north of the Ohio River. There are additional airings
within the city of Norwood at various times. All Ohio
airings are courtesy of Norwood Community Television.
Q: I don't have a TV, or maybe I don't have cable. Is
there some other way I can watch this historic moment
in The Minni-Thins' career?
A: City Nights' music clips are now available on the
internet (courtesy of Time Warner)! After the show
airs you can replay them over and over again. Here's
how...
