So, basically I started taking photos of bands when we started the Minni-Thins 2 years ago (I post a lot of them here if you haven't seen them). It was a way of adding content to our website and provided a visual history of the band. I started enjoying the photography as much as playing in the band. So, I started shooting shows even when we weren't playing. Pulling from a now huge archive of music photos, the show represents sort of a "best of" the last 2 years. There are a mix of photos from both local and touring bands, but were all shot in local venues.
The opening should be fun. The Newbees and For Algernon are going to do acoustic sets. Come over and say hi before the big Pop Rocks show. I'll have a couple cases of 2 Buck Chuck and some other goodies to snack on.
